These policies are in place to protect your time, ensure treatment effectiveness, and maintain the standard of care at One Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms designed to support a structured, results-focused treatment process.

Consultations & New Clients

All new clients are required to begin with a consultation.

This allows for a detailed assessment of your skin, lifestyle, and concerns so a tailored and appropriate treatment plan can be created. This step is essential to ensure safety, effectiveness, and long-term skin improvement.

Treatments are not selected at random — they are guided by clinical assessment and professional recommendation.

Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system.

Please ensure all details are entered correctly at the time of booking so appropriate time and treatment allocation can be provided.

Appointment Commitment

At One Aesthetics, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and structured within a results-focused treatment schedule.

This system allows adequate time for consultation, assessment, and treatment delivery, ensuring each client receives a considered and effective skin experience.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment.

This notice period allows appointments to be offered to clients on the waiting list and ensures the structure of the clinical schedule is maintained.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file or payable at the time of cancellation.

No-shows or missed appointments will incur a 100% fee of the booked service value.

Why This Policy Exists

Because each appointment is allocated based on individual skin needs and treatment planning, last-minute changes directly impact treatment flow, clinical scheduling, and other clients waiting for care.

This ensures consistency in treatment outcomes and maintains the integrity of your skin journey.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late to your appointment may result in reduced treatment time or, where necessary, rescheduling. This ensures fairness to all clients and protects the structure of the daily schedule.

Full treatment fees still apply in the event of shortened appointments due to late arrival.

Results & Treatment Outcomes

Skin treatments are progressive and results are influenced by multiple factors including skin condition, lifestyle, consistency, and adherence to recommended treatment plans.

While every effort is made to achieve optimal outcomes, individual results will vary.

Treatment Safety

All treatments are performed following professional assessment to ensure suitability.

Certain treatments may not be appropriate for all skin conditions, medications, or contraindications. Your consultation is essential in determining the safest and most effective treatment plan for your skin.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however all confirmed bookings will be honoured at the time of booking.
