DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes! We recommend you book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred day and time. Our regular clients book 6-12 months of appointments at a time.

HOW TO BOOK

We highly recommend starting with a consultation. This allows your dermal therapist to map out a clear treatment pathway so you can achieve the best results for your skin.

At your consultation, we can also book in your future treatments on the spot, making it easier for you to follow your plan and stay consistent.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We kindly request 48 hours' notice should you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% breach of booking policy fee, which must be paid at the time of cancellation.

No-shows for appointments will incur a 100% fee based on the appointment booked.

We cannot accept cancellations left by messages on Sundays, Wednesdays or public holidays when we are closed.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

If, for any reason, you arrive past your booked appointment time, we will do our best to complete your full treatment; however, this is not always possible, and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking due to your lateness.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Sadly, we are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children for Insurance and WH&S reasons.

As parents ourselves, we write this with the utmost respect for the parents in our salon. Children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments pose a workplace health and safety issue for the team and clients. The clinic is an environment that has chemicals, hot wax, sharps, razors & other hazardous risks.

We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children. Please understand that our concern is your child's safety and our client's well-being. We write this without the intent of offending or upsetting our lovely parent clientele, and we hope that you will help us keep our salon a safe environment for everyone.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please arrive on time or a few minutes before your appointment time. Please refrain from arriving 15+ minutes early to your appointment, as your therapist may take a much-needed break between clients. Please enter via the black double sliding doors at the front of the premises and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. We have free parking available on the side of the premises - please see further details in your confirmation email post booking. Please do not park in front of the premises as this is reserved for the neighbouring company.
